About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Fisher German LLP. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of agricultural, residential, and commercial properties across private rural estates in the East Midlands.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational and relationship-building skills. You will be working closely with external contacts such as estate owners and contractors, as well as internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management or a related field and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with property management systems
  • Managing property compliance, including arranging maintenance and repairs for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties
  • Contractor management, including arranging and managing maintenance and repairs
  • Managing tenancies and reporting to clients on a periodic basis
  • Assisting in the management of residential, agricultural, and commercial property compliance

Requirements

  • Experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of buildings and property maintenance
  • Full driving license
