Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Civil Enforcement Officers and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations
  • Deal with escalated queries from colleagues and members of the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management
  • Perform the duties of a Civil Enforcement Officer, including patrolling public car parks and streets, advising members of the public, and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a parking or transportation-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
