Job Summary

Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Export Logistics Executive to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the export of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, hauliers, and carriers to arrange bookings and collections.
  • Complete customs entries and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with lines and carriers to arrange vessel and flight bookings.
  • Monitor and manage export documentation, including certificates of origin and customs declarations.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years' experience in export operations, preferably with airfreight and seafreight experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
