Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in Lutterworth. As a key member of our EU B2B sales team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales efficiency and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with EU Sales GM leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
- Lead the analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and accelerate speed to achieve program goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders across EU Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Business.
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, project management, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into logical objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
