Your Role: Shaping the Next Generation of Data Solutions

As a Data Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in constructing and maintaining our robust data platform on Databricks. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Designing and implementing core data infrastructure using Terraform to deploy scalable cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with Data Scientists to ensure seamless access to data for machine learning initiatives and supporting the deployment of models into production environments.

Technical Expertise: A Foundation for Success

We value a strong technical foundation. While we encourage candidates with diverse skill sets, proficiency in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Python and Spark for data processing and analysis
  • Cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
  • SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval
  • Experience in building data warehouses and robust data pipelines
  • Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake data platform solutions
  • Bonus points for experience with Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and orchestration tools such as AWS Step Functions, Airflow, or Dagster.
