We are seeking a Tax Specialist for a Hybrid role on a 12-month contract.

Compensation: £235 per day via Umbrella

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will deliver expert guidance to management within a specific domain of Financial Reporting and Accounting (FRA) and related essential functions. The goal is to ensure adherence to both external and internal accounting reporting standards promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee audit reporting procedures and assist in compliance for Corporation tax-related documentation; supply necessary information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage tasks related to Statutory, Tax, and Treasury issues across various legal entities.
  • Collaborate effectively with FRA Operations within the client’s Corporate Center, Region, and Hub.
  • Contribute to significant projects at the country or Business Unit level.
  • Ensure timely and accurate provision of all data required for internal (Financial Consolidation and Reporting System) and external reporting (including statutory accounts, national statistics, and Corporation tax information) for all UK entities.
  • Administer audit reporting processes and assist in compliance for various Corporation tax-related reports; provide necessary data to internal and external authorities.
  • Manage Transfer Pricing Documentation.
  • Ensure internal customer satisfaction regarding the quality, relevance, and promptness of financial analyses delivered.

Performance Metrics:

  • Internal customer satisfaction regarding the quality, relevance, and promptness of financial analyses delivered.
  • Customer satisfaction with service delivery and process-specific KPIs in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Experience:

Proven experience in Corporation Tax/Corporate Tax within the UK.
