FM Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced FM Account Manager to join our team at Kingston Barnes Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the profitable and operational management of a contract for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, ensuring the satisfactory service delivery of contract deliverables.
You will lead a team of 12-14 individuals delivering a comprehensive hard service plan, including mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include client liaison, profit and loss accountability, and contractual negotiations.

- Client liaison and contractual negotiations
- Profit and loss accountability
- Identify organic and new business opportunities
- At least 3 years' experience at a senior level within the Facilities Management / Building Services environment
- Preferably from a technical background
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
We offer a competitive annual salary up to £70,000, plus a vehicle allowance of £5,000 (net), 5% annual bonus, pension, 35 days' holiday (including statutory holidays), mobile phone, and laptop.
