Programme Overview

The Point72 Academy's Investment Insights Programme is a work shadowing experience designed to expose undergraduate students from all backgrounds to the possibility of a career in investing. This programme is an in-person, one-week work shadowing experience for students planning to graduate in 2027 who are eager to learn about our business and company culture.

What to Expect

  • Gain an understanding of financial markets and observe the day-to-day activities of our Academy professionals.
  • Experience a firsthand look at the work environment and responsibilities at Point72.
  • Learn about the fundamentals of our business and get a glimpse into the life of a Point72 Academy Associate through observation and interaction with our team members.
  • Receive insights and feedback from our Academy management members, enhancing your understanding of the industry.

Eligibility

  • A student in your first year of a three-year degree or second year of a four-year degree at an accredited university in the UK or EU.
  • Expecting to graduate in 2027.
  • Fascinated by research and problem-solving, relentlessly curious, and constantly expanding your horizons.
  • Committed to continued success in your academic and professional career with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and excellence.
  • Highly self-driven and motivated to explore a career in finance.
