This role offers a fixed-term contract, providing a unique insight into the private healthcare environment.
Our facility is equipped with 3 advanced Theatres (2 with laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit, along with a 33-bedded Surgical Ward that caters to a diverse range of specialties such as Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, and ENT. Recent upgrades to our Theatre facilities have introduced state-of-the-art technology, enhancing our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of surgical procedures. As a Lead Radiographer, your responsibilities will include evaluating patients' health and well-being across a complex and dynamic caseload, assisting in the provision of care tailored to meet individual patient needs. You will champion best practices and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives, gathering, organizing, and interpreting data to make informed assessments available to relevant stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must be HCPC registered without any restrictions or conditions.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in MRI is required.
- Experience in CT is preferred.
- Demonstrates compassion and provides exceptional patient care, complemented by strong communication skills.
