Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Finsbury Food Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain planning data and system parameters to ensure efficient production and customer demand.
  • Upload daily customer orders and advise on any concerns over unusual or erroneous order patterns.
  • Maintain finished good inventory to achieve customer service levels of 98.5% or better.
  • Manage seasonal events and attend regular production review meetings as required.
  • Provide data and highlight concerns on planning and production parameters such as yield and efficiency analysis.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety and Food Safety requirements.
  • Experience of working to set targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Desire to improve ways of working and share new ideas.
