Automation Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at Hunter Savage. As a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovation and efficiency in automation solutions, we are expanding our operations and require a talented individual to deliver automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Deliver complete automation projects including design, development, testing, and commissioning.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through development, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated systems.
Requirements:
  • Third-level qualification in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Preferable experience with various automation systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA/Industrial Networking).
  • Previous experience working in the Water sector is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of automation principles and procedures.
