Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and support the development of our clinical team, including students, graduates, and clinical apprentices.
- Work closely with our Workshop Manager to identify and address quality issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented to minimize waste.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain a comprehensive CPD portfolio.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
