Job Overview
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician at ISS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a skilled and proactive individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building services plant and building fabric, utilizing your skills in multiple trades.
- Accurately complete and submit maintenance records, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and minimizing penalties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance tasks allocated by the Helpdesk, communicating effectively with stakeholders as needed.
- Contribute to the development of new processes, procedures, and service requirements within your scope of duties.
- Work safely and efficiently, adhering to permit-to-work systems and maintaining high standards of safety.
- Liaise with Trust staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working relationship.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Post-apprenticeship experience in a relevant trade.
- Minimum C&G craft qualification in core trade.
- Health and Safety training in relevant areas.
- HTM knowledge is preferred.
