Job Title: Field Service Engineer

At Glory Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our cash automation technologies and process engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair cash automation technologies and process engineering services
  • Provide customer/internal training as required
  • Investigate technical issues/warranty failures/in-field failures and resolve issues efficiently
  • Liaise with local Service Centre/partners to receive/discuss work/schedule workload
  • Effectively diagnose system problems and provide solutions for repair
  • Document system problems and preventative maintenance in customer site log
  • Gather and record machine information to monitor performance
  • Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices (ECN), and hardware/software upgrades
  • Make recommendations for improving service, reliability, and performance of equipment
  • Escalate difficult technical problems by seeking timely advice or assistance from technical support
Requirements:
  • Recognised engineering qualification
  • Full, clean Driving Licence
  • Customer service experience (for entry-level)
  • Post-qualification experience in a support role (for senior Engineers)
  • Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ability to effectively work with electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
