Building Careers UK is seeking a skilled Roofing Estimator to join their team. As a Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects nationwide, providing all types of roofing solutions across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate a wide range of roofing projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Produce tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans, reviewing bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports.
  • Identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities, ensuring the production of Bills of Quantities and/or overseeing their production by others.
  • Issue enquiries and receive quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Desirable experience in the roofing and cladding sector, but not essential.
