About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Private Client team in Leeds, specializing in Estate Planning and Tax matters. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Partners and Senior Associates on complex cases, including those involving business, international, rural, and vulnerable clients.

About You

  • A strong background in advising on, implementing, and running a range of Tax, Trusts, and Estates matters. We welcome applications from those focused on Estate Planning or Estate Administration, or those with a mixed caseload.
  • Aptitude for business development and a desire to grow strong client and referrer relationships.
  • Empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years of PQE (or equivalent) experience, although we welcome applications from highly experienced paralegals or NQs with strong Private Client paralegal experience.
  • Strong understanding of Tax, Trusts, and Estates law, with a focus on Estate Planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
