Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will perform both scheduled and on-demand maintenance across various locations. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to, emergency lighting inspections and basic plumbing repairs. You will be expected to work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
  • Electrical qualifications, ideally 17th or 18th edition
  • Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area
  • Strong IT skills and effective communication
  • Valid UK driving licence
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of £40,400
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 45 hours per week
