Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and conscientious Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the Radiology department. As a key member of our team, you will assist Radiographers in completing tasks such as cleaning equipment, assisting patients, and helping staff with 'Don & Doff' PPE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Radiographers with imaging tasks in the department and wards of the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary site.
  • Help with tasks such as cleaning equipment, assisting patients, and 'Don & Doff' PPE.
  • Book patients and complete tasks on RIS.
  • Work in a mix of evening and weekend shifts, on a voluntary basis, with tasks worked out a month in advance.

Requirements

  • Conscientious and motivated individual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
