The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to lead our EMEA tax function. This is a pivotal role where you will collaborate with TransUnion's business units across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to shape and optimize our tax strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive income tax and VAT strategies for EMEA operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on international tax matters, including M&A transactions and transfer pricing.
  • Manage all aspects of income tax and VAT compliance across the region.
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams, auditors, and legal counsel to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of evolving tax regulations and industry best practices in EMEA.

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a large multinational corporation or public accounting firm, with a focus on international taxation.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing tax strategies for complex business operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
