We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the South Central region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for targeting plumbing contractors and generating demand for our range of underfloor heating systems, pumps, valves, temperature control, and push-fit piping products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build local relationships with contractors and ensure our channel partners are well-serviced and supported.
- 40% of your time will be spent on account management with merchants, while 60% will be focused on generating demand with end-user contractors.
- Host trade-mornings in branches, 'skip chasing' projects on the ground, and train branch staff in our product lines.

Requirements:
- Clear business development and demand generation evidence on your CV.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with merchants or wholesalers in the past would be advantageous.
- Activity and target-driven.
- Full and clean driving license.
