About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Bank Domiciliary Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their independence, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care and support services, including personal care and hygiene, social support, and health and well-being assistance.
- Formulate, review, and maintain resident care plans and paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and St Monica Trust policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Undertake housekeeping and laundry duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Understanding of the needs of older people, including dementia and complex care needs.
- Ability to attend to personal care needs, including helping with food, bathing, toileting.
- Good level of IT skills (Microsoft packages).
- Care certificate or willingness to work towards Care Certificate.
