About the Role

Bureau Veritas is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Engineer to join our team of industry-leading experts. As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will provide high-quality technical guidance and innovative solutions for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive fire engineering services throughout all stages of building design, construction, and operation.
  • Ensure the current standards and codes of practice are used throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with market leaders across a wide range of sectors, providing technical expertise and exceptional service to exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Fire Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification.
  • Chartered Engineer.
  • Experience of site visits/inspection for existing buildings and during construction.
  • Experience of structural fire engineering would be beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Customer-focused and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and good report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of standard IT applications (Word, Excel).
