Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role

As a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to our children
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including managing staff rotas and maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of care and education
  • Working closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Providing coaching and support to our team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Managerial experience in a childcare setting
