About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned structural engineer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will be working closely with our team of engineers and architects to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex structural engineering projects
  • Manage project finances and company marketing to a high level
  • Support a current Associate Engineer/Director
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to meet client needs

Requirements

  • Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE or IStructE
  • Experience with design in multiple materials and analysis and design of varied building forms
  • Ability to manage project finances and company marketing to a high level
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
