Care Team Leader

Cedar Care Homes is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our care services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Lead and supervise the work of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and their well-being is maintained.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and continuity of care.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans.
- NVQ level 3/4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Care Assistant in elderly care, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of dementia care and experience in working with residents with complex needs.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of care plans.
