Job Description

**Job Title:** Adoptions/Utilities Manager

**Job Summary:** Constructive Moves is seeking a skilled Adoptions/Utilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the adoption process for residential housing developments across the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review existing bond liability and identify opportunities for reduction or eradication.
  • Manage the overall bond liability via the bond database and identify key triggers for reduction.
  • Collaborate with the Production Department to ensure timely issue of maintenance certificates for roads and sewers prior to new site completions.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety Method Statements and Risk Assessments are approved and up-to-date.
  • Maintain the regional adoption schedule and completed estates report.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar position with a recognized housing developer or a Highway/Drainage Authority.
  • Experience in estate roads and sewer design, construction, and inspection.
  • Experience in preparing schedules of work, bills of quantities, and undertaking tender analysis of such works.
  • Established connections/relationships with statutory authorities.
