Lead a Team of Dedicated Care Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care, a leading private healthcare organisation in Winsford, Cheshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical care, including wound care, peg feeds, catheter care, and medication management.
  • Work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts, to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Manage patient care plans and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care and support.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
What We Offer:
  • An annual salary of up to £46,500 based on 4 shifts per week.
  • Flexible working hours with 3 or 4 x 12-hour shifts per week.

Requirements:
  • Current RGN registration.
  • Recent hands-on clinical experience.
  • Strong clinical skills, including wound care, peg feeds, catheter care, and medication management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
