About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering data to support the work of our Regional Adoption Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality performance data to inform service developments and requirements.
  • Work closely with regional colleagues to identify opportunities to develop data that enhances service delivery.
  • Support the Head of FAL to report quarterly to each of the LAs via the Governance Board, performance against each of the delegated functions.
  • Deliver presentations to groups of practitioners and contribute to written reports regarding practice.
Requirements
  • A passion for data and an understanding of its importance in delivering services.
  • An enthusiasm for developing knowledge about the adoption service.
  • Familiarity with a range of reporting tools, including PowerBi.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
