About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Health Practitioner to join our Emotional Health and Resilience Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, parents, carers, and families to provide high-quality services and support.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a Band 6 Caseload Holder, contributing to the provision of services that meet the needs of children, young people, and their families. This will involve working in partnership with other agencies to deliver the national and Public Health agendas, responding to identified health and social needs.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 Qualification or equivalent relevant to the role
  • Hold a valid full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience of working with and supporting parents and families
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Recent relevant safeguarding experience
