Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and exemplify health and safety best practices, ensuring compliance among team members.
- Engage in hands-on activities, demonstrating expertise in all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within the facility.
- Guide and mentor colleagues on best practices.
- Act as the primary RME contact for the site.
- Ensure high equipment availability for internal stakeholders through effective troubleshooting and prioritization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the EU network in a standardized manner.
- Foster strong working relationships at all organizational levels.
- Understand and apply Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and performance metrics.
- Oversee contractor management.
Shift Pattern: This position requires flexibility to work in non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.
Basic Qualifications:- Proficient in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience in Base Building Maintenance.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for proactive maintenance planning and reactive task recording.
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and influence team members.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors.
- Background in a multi-site operational environment.
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
