About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Courier to join our team. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent FedEx in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and legally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that all packages are delivered to the correct location, on time, and in good condition.
  • Follow all FedEx Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle assigned.
  • 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
  • Basic geographical knowledge of the delivery area.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
