Leisure Cleaner

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leisure Cleaner to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our night shift team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our public areas.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct thorough cleaning and health and safety checks throughout the club, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our members.
• Perform full security checks throughout the night, ensuring the security of the club and the safety of our members.
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of the NOP & EAP and use this knowledge to carry out leisure night audit procedures to the Company standard.
• Develop a detailed knowledge of security and emergency procedures and carry these out to the Company standard.
• Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety, and minimize wastage.
• Assist the Hotel Night Team as needed.
• Attend fire training every 3 months to comply with legislation and any other required H&S training.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the hotel's facilities and be able to convey relevant information.
• Deal with complaints politely and positively, making every effort to resolve them on the spot. If unable to resolve, pass all information to the Night Manager/Leisure Club Manager.
