Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Maternity Cover

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the organization's vision and mission, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and financial resources

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and the Care Act 2014
