Key Responsibilities- Deliver Diagnostic Imaging Services: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to a varied caseload, including CT, X-ray, and other modalities.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: As a team lead, you will supervise and develop junior colleagues, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent patient care.
- Develop Policies and Procedures: You will be responsible for scoping and developing policies and procedures to ensure our imaging services meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that our imaging services are delivered with the highest level of quality and safety.
- Qualifications: You will have a BSc degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
- Experience: You will have significant experience in diagnostic imaging, including experience in leading and developing teams.
- Skills: You will have excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
