About the Role

Sheehy Auto Stores, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for determining each customer's vehicle needs, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and accessories, and leading customers through proven selling steps to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Customer Needs: Ask questions and listen to each customer's vehicle needs to provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for our vehicles and accessories to build trust with customers.
  • Sales Process: Lead customers through proven selling steps to close deals and ensure a smooth sales experience.
  • Customer Service: Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • CRM Management: Maintain customer information and contacts in our CRM system.
  • Follow-up and Relationship Building: Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
  • New Business Development: Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts, including direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of Sales, Communication, and Negotiation experience in any industry - preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills.
  • Attitude and Appearance: A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
  • People Skills: Outgoing, with a passion for sales and helping clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Background Check: Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
Benefits
  • Compensation: Annual earning potential $60,000-$150,000+.
