Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in a complex care setting. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex needs to lead their best lives possible
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Level Three in Social Care or extensive experience in mental health, autism, and challenging behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Passion for supporting independent living and empowering individuals
