We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Antony George Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our wealth advisers in delivering exceptional client service.

• Provide technical support to our wealth advisers, including research and analysis of financial planning solutions and investment strategies.
• Prepare high-quality recommendation reports for client meetings, ensuring the highest possible standard of client service.
• Assist in the preparation of suitability reports and annual review reports, providing valuable insights to our clients.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the smooth execution of high-worth investment transactions.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the role.

• 2 years of experience in Paraplanning, with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, and IHT planning.
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Cashcalc, X-Plan, and FE Analytics.
• Strong technical knowledge and good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• CII exam results or a Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning certificate.
