About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our team at Greene King. As an Apprentice Chef, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present food to company specifications
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and hygienic kitchen environment
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and monitor maintenance issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, menus, and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and licensing laws
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Carry out instructions from management and head office
