Acklam Medical Centre is seeking a skilled and dedicated nursing associate to join our clinical team. As a nursing associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide holistic and proactive support to patients, working collaboratively with the general practice nursing team and under the guidance of a registered general nurse.
- Maintain a high standard of nursing care, adhering to practice protocols, policies, and guidelines, and providing assistance to GPs and other team members.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing healthcare delivery requirements.
- Work within your scope of practice, expanding your role as needed to meet practice requirements.
