Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Market Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketers to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Brand Development: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain our brand reputation and awareness.
  • Customer Experience: Create and deliver customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
  • B2B Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to drive business growth in our B2B channels.
  • Reporting and Budget Management: Manage and report on our marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with our business goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2C and B2B channels.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on marketing.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong skills in marketing, including social media advertising, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Tools and Technology: Experience with marketing tools and technology, including Hubspot, GA4, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
