Gynaecology and Obstetric Sonographer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sonographer to join our team at Hca Cancer Network. As a Gynaecology and Obstetric Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality ultrasound services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that sonography examination results meet the clinic's standard for quality assurance before findings are released for interpretation.
- Function as a technical or clinical leader/expert in sonography, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
- Develop and implement scanning protocols and quality control activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Provide technical, image quality, and accuracy oversight for the assessment of sonography examinations.
- Ensure that appropriate accreditation is secured and maintained, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance protocols and quality improvement measures to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical and clinical developments in sonography, applying this knowledge to improve services.
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues, administrators, and external healthcare providers.
- Represent the team and advocate for patients' needs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the provision of a professional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of sonography services within the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
- Hold sonography education, training, and experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology ultrasound.
- Demonstrate competence in the specialty area(s) to be performed, including sonographer certification by relevant professional bodies.
