Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a private day-nursery in Alcester, Warwickshire. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children from 3 months to 5 years old in their learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver engaging and fun activities
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and policies
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
