We are seeking a skilled Minibus Driver to support our residents in the Hertfordshire area.

About the Minibus Driver Position
  • Drive a Minibus to facilitate planned events, outings, and trips to local amenities.
  • Collaborate with our team at each site to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our residents.
  • Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition, and complete regular checks to identify any issues or defects.
Key Requirements for the Minibus Driver Role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Good organizational skills to manage your diary for bookings across the homes you'll support.
Essential Qualifications and Benefits
  • MUST have Category D1 on your driving license to drive a Minibus.
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing training to develop your career.
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata depending on hours worked).
  • Pension scheme.
