Job Title: Oracle IAM Security Specialist

Job Summary:

At Tomgandhi Consulting Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Oracle IAM Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and applications, adhering to compliance and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IAM Administration: Manage and maintain Oracle IAM components, including user accounts, roles, and permissions, to ensure seamless access to financial systems and data.
  • Access Control: Implement and enforce access control policies to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and systems.
  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Compliance: Ensure IAM processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as NIST, GDPR, and SOX.
  • System Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with other enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor IAM systems for security breaches and generate reports on access activities, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • User Support: Provide support and training to users on IAM processes and tools, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the system.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM configurations, policies, and procedures, ensuring easy access to critical information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in IAM support, preferably with Oracle IAM solutions.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Oracle IAM tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of access control models and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
