About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Forest Barn Nursery School in Brentwood. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating a love of learning through high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework. You will ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences. You will also build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 or above qualification within early years. You will also require a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5. You should have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and reflect the Storal values around responsibility, openness, and working together.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,440 up to £28,142.40 FTE, dependent on experience and qualifications (pro-rata for part-time hours). You will also receive free transport from Romford to Forest Barn Nursery via company vehicle, annual wellness day off, company sick pay, 50% childcare discount, access to retail and other discounts through Perkbox, and dedicated learning and development support.
