Position Overview
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems in both commercial and residential environments.
- Assist in generating estimates for necessary repair work.
- Carry out minor installation tasks and connect static caravans as required.
- This is a permanent, full-time role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current electrical standards (BS7671) is essential.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Completion of C&G time-served qualification.
- 17th edition regulations certificate (18th edition must be obtained within the next 6 months).
- C&G 2391 inspection and testing certification or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- ECS card as an approved electrician.
- Experience in conducting periodic inspections and testing.
- Familiarity with heating systems and automated circuits.
