We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team at Katie Bard (Angela Mortimer Plc), a leading creative business based in the UK.
This is a dynamic and varied role that offers a competitive salary of up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and managing a range of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Front of House: Welcoming and supporting visitors, responding to calls and emails, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Office Management: Coordinating meeting rooms, maintaining office facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- IT Support: Managing external IT suppliers, resolving technical issues, and maintaining our company intranet.
- HR Support: Assisting with induction programs, scheduling, and managing employee records.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Performing other administrative tasks as required.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
Previous experience in office management or a related field is essential, and excellent communication and decision-making skills are required.
We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment, with a flexible working arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.
