Based: London and surrounding areas

Salary: Up to £48K

We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in London. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending lift breakdowns, undertaking planned servicing and maintenance work, and providing technical support and advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a lift engineer's mate to ensure works are carried out correctly.
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Provide service and PPM work at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
  • Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.
  • Carry out minor and major repairs.
  • Travel throughout the coverage area.

Key Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering.
  • Previous experience within a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer / Repair Engineer position.
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules.
  • Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on either / both Passenger and Goods lifts.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organised.
  • Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role.
