Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Asset Management and Technical Services team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and performance of projects throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project liaison from initial stages to final acceptance and documentation, including meeting with clients to discuss specific requirements and conducting site surveys as needed.
  2. Instructing, directing, controlling, and allocating work to Trade Operatives & Apprentices, with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety.
  3. Overseeing design aspects of projects from inception to implementation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and current regulatory standards.
  4. Assembling contract works information documents and considering project health and safety, quality, and environmental matters.
  5. Implementing project change control and programme requirements, with a proven track record in a Technical, Engineering or Supervisory role with project management capability.
  6. Full UK Driving Licence is required.
