About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance Team. As a strategic finance business partner, you will work closely with the senior plant operations and Engineering team to provide key finance business support to the manufacturing areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support to the plant team, including financial closing, analysis, and input.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and management information for the plants.
  • Review, assess, and report on risks and opportunities by plant, with actions required to mitigate risks.
  • Manage the plant manufacturing annual standard cost of goods process and quarterly forecast submissions.
  • Provide manufacturing support for validating and assessing capital investment, SCA or VSM initiatives.
  • Implement effective financial controls and report exceptions to leadership team.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance, ideally with a Professional Accountancy Qualification. Industry accountancy experience and working effectively with internal customers and stakeholders are also essential.
